For heating a large volume of water or animal feed mash, Jeff. Seller ascribes its manufacture to Primus, but the term’s often loosely used generically for a paraffin stove and Primus identified their products with prominent engraving. British manufacturer Monitor made stoves for that purpose, such as this one.

Thanks John, and that explains why there is only the one shut off valve for two burners, I wonder if anyone will be able to identify the manufacturer?
