Here's one I've been putting off way to long to get started on. But when I finally decided to dig in I kept going until it was finished. I got to stretch my fettling legs on this one. Using many tools from my arsenal. Powder coating, nickel plating, custom globe etching/painting, modifying parts to fit and work where they do not belong, some lathe work, ECT. Any questions feel free to ask. Thanks for looking!

    The finish is very beautiful.
What is powder coating? Does it prevent rust?

    Thanks fellas.

@Camp numao I probably shouldn't be teaching on the subject as I'm still learning myself, but basically it's a static charged powdered paint that you bake. The only rust prevention is the paint itself.
