    Thanks for posting the catalogue insert @Tony Press
    This fixture was missing a few parts and with perseverance I was able to complete it.
    The main globe is from a Colt lamp and serves it well as the #78 globes are all but impossible to find.

    Yes for being made in the teens
    Main burner (3 mantles) first then outer ones.
