Hi All. I am having issues with one 834 lamp. I have cleaned well “Generator group” and install new stand brass gauze, it has correct TPI, and I also installed small brass gauze inside the vaporizers. when I tried to light up, I gave enough pressure, the pressure reached number 3, but no kerosene vapor coming out from vaporizer, after enough warmed up. I have used manual needles to clean the standard 834 vaporizer. Would anyone please advise me? Thanks you and kind regards. Nimal
I would remove the jet first see if fuel is getting to the jet first Clean the jet while it out. If its dry Remove the pipe after the big brass tap see if fuel is getting to the vapouriser Cheers pete
Next step could be to remove part 97 including the valve wheel - leave the fuel line and valve wheel assembly together. Open and close the valve wheel while blowing air in the tube to check for obstructions Avoid disassembly of valve assembly as the graphite packing inside might not seal anymore after disassembly
Just no vapor coming out? Is "only" air coming out -> problem with fuel Is nothing at all coming out -> total blockage somewhere
