Found this advert but what is it ?
No markings.

 

The top looks "similar" to Radius 114 but the rest looks like some home made experiment to me.

 

From here the hole for the air intake looks a bit hand cut/uneven ?

did the other images yield any more clues Wim ?

Not really other then that the hole was cut by hand which proofs the DIY concept.

 

.. unless they enlarged the hole ?

I'd suggest the "hood" was taken from an electric lamp and then changed to meet the design requirements.
The fitter diameters were largely the same.
