This glass globe was also in the box of lamps that I bought at the weekend. Can anyone help identify what it came from please? It is 4.75" tall, 3.75" ID at the top, and 3.15" ID at the base. It is marked "DIETZ", "D-LITE", "NY USA", "LOC-NOB", "PATd 12-4-23". If I can identify what lamp it comes from, I am sure that there is a lamp somewhere in the world that needs it. Steve.

Hello Steve, it's for a wick hurricane lantern, the link below is for the Guild's home page.

If you click on the links tab at the top of that page and scroll down, you will find links for several hurricane lantern websites.

You will probably find the lantern there, Jeff.

Thanks Conny, You got it in one! If anyone has such a lamp and needs the glass they can have it for postage only. Great for someone! Thanks - Steve.
