I just found a 1963 Thermos/King Seeley US Military pressure lamp. 1) Will it burn kerosene? I read that it will burn anything, but it was spec'd for gasoline (petrol). 2) Is it difficult to get working? I have read they are not a beginners lamp. 3) What is the trade potential for a lamp like this? I read that this particular lamp was only made for 1 year by this company. Any other thoughts about this lamp would be welcomed.
After looking on the forum I realized that this version is somewhat rare so I bought it. 40 bucks. It's in so-so shape. I'll post pics soon.
