Problem Updating CPL after change of PC

I have recently changed my PC and email address. I had a smooth transition on CCS but the lamp site has rejected me and resisted all efforts to sign in. My login name is cabriolet76 and I am a subscriber. I have registered cabriolet761 in order to ask if my old account can be reinstated. Thank you in advance of help.
