    Hi
I just got two floodlights with Petromax marking.
48 cm tall, 60cm including frame- 20.5 cm diameter glass opning,
Grey regulator knivs, and a blue pre-warmer on one.
    Slight differences on the steel tanks. IMG_1364.jpeg IMG_1365.jpeg IMG_1367.jpeg IMG_1368.jpeg IMG_1364.jpeg IMG_1365.jpeg IMG_1367.jpeg IMG_1368.jpeg

Not sure like but i dont think these are petromax
    Are they marked petromax anywhere?
    In the steelwork?
I suspect they have replacement control knobs by petromax
Pretty sure these are made by standard.
    Cheer pete

Definitely these are Standard models (most probably 3515) that have been modified to keep them in operation. They seem to turn up now and then in Scandinavia.

Hi all and a big thank you :-)
I suppose finding a original glass is a far-fetched dream, but I'll still try to make them work.

Perhaps you could have glasses cut from heat resisting glass.

    Hello,
For all collectors facing the same problem and unable to find help despite asking individual collectors, here is the ultimate and dirt-cheap tip for obtaining a front lens for this type of headlight.
I faced the same problem and then installed a suitable "watch glass bowl" made of borosilicate glass. No “custom-made” products or astronomical prices...
5€ on eBay plus shipping :)
