1953 Primus 1025

    I bought this lamp many years ago. The parchment shade was made following instructions sent by Bo Ryan.
    Nice lamp.

    I like the look of the shade. Well done. How good is it with the lamp lit?

    I wouldn't have thought of a Coleman bulge globe fitting these, but it looks like it does. Good idea.

    I would have preferred a shade that transmits more light, but it's not bad. I'll upload some photos with the lamp working some day later.
    A local craftsman made it based on the measurements I received here on the forum.
    As for the globe, it does indeed come from a Coleman lantern: I couldn't find a cylindrical one with the right diameter.
