It appears you have a Coleman 206. A Kerosene Lantern with a unique feature that it doesn't require alcohol to preheat but the preheat cup is designed in such a way that you can preheat with kerosene, which you can extract from the fount's filler with the included dropper/pipette, held captive by the ballchain on the collar

This model is catered torwards the Phillipine market, one of many attempts from Coleman to capture the foreign market that didn't quite make it.

It uses a 500cp mantle, No 11, 1111, or as an alternative, Peerless 111.

It's a very uncommon lantern and seems to be one of the more desired models to collectors. The dropper/pipette is often found missing so the fact yours is still present all the while makes it more fortunate for you fellow collector. Unfortunately it's likely the rubber squeeze bulb on the dropper often become rotten and cracked with age, I've seen users attempt repairs with varying degree of success.

Congratulation on finding this specimen and I think it'll clean up very nicely. It's a very uncommon lantern and very sought after.
