    I recently acquired a wooden stand that can just accommodate a Tilley ML94 lamp.

    However, I am unsure whether this stand is a genuine Tilley oak hexagon stand or not.
    The dimensions of the stand are as follows: 90 mm in height, with each side of the hexagon measuring 112 mm.

    I therefore have one question.

    If anyone is familiar with the dimensions of an original Tilley oak hexagon stand, I would be very grateful if you could share that information.

    Regards

    As there are so many reproductions of these it is difficult to give precise measurements of the originals.
    They were made of oak and the size of the opening has to be very precise.
    First mentioned in March 1935.
    What I can tell you is that your is not original.

    @Anthony

    Thank you very much for the information.

    I really like this stand, but I am glad to know, from a knowledge point of view, that it is not an original.

    Your explanation was very helpful.
