Just joined and thought i'd say hello. Recently retired engineer living near Aberdeen in Scotland. As we live in the country and suffer regular power cuts, I have pottered on with paraffin lamps for many years, but not pressurised ones. Does this forum welcome none-pressurised paraffiny talk or is that verboten? Regards Dave
Aye, aye Dave, faraboots are you fae? You’ll be made very welcome here even though you’re more interested at the moment in ‘wickie’ lamps. Once you invest in your first pressure lamp I’m quite sure you will become hooked on them as most of us here are.
