Which Radius is this?

Does anyone know more or less what the age is and confirmation on the model.

 

This doesn't look like any Radius that I have seen (apart from the tank). It looks a little bit like a 114, but it isn't. I assume it is put together with parts from other lamps.

Some more detailed photos could help to identify what parts have been used.
