I have a single mantle 300 cp I,m assuming storm king National press and electric co. lantern. Most of these that I have seen have a reflector disk suported above the bottom of the burner frame. Can any one provide me with detials of this part so that I fabricate an accurate reprodution? Thanks Rick
Nulite model 100 Storm King has that heat deflector but none of the other models do. Could be you have a model 18 which lacks that part anyway. POst a pictue for us please. ::Neil::
Here are cuople of pic. I had this lantern going well this afternoon with nothing more than a new washer for the fuel cap and some fresh C fuel. Rick
Would it be possible to re-post these pix at forum preferred size? - that's 640 pixels (longest side) x 480 pixels. Otherwise it's difficult to see what you have. Thanks...
I can see enough. That is a Nulite model 18 not a Storm King. Complicated model because model 18 comes in eight variations. Small tank as yours or a double height one and both come with or without an integral pump. Then there are two burner types. A single mantle torch lighting type as yours but it also comes with a twin mantle match lighting burner. I was half right about the heat deflector. The twin mantle type does not have this part but the single mantle one does. So yes you are missing this bit. ::Neil::
Here is a link to some better pics. Would still like some details on that heat deflector. Rick http://0flo.com/index.php?posts/23549
