This #4 Radiant heater was in fairly poor shape when I found it. I spent a lot of time and effort to bring it up. It has a name plate that reads: The Coleman Lamp & Stove Co. which, although having a patent date of 10/10/16, indicates that (according to the Coleman Green Book dating particulars) it was built from 1925-1928. The early patent date must be for a certain part on the heater that was used on an earlier product. This heater burns gasoline and puts out a great deal of heat. I would guess 35,000 BTU's Enjoy the images! Glenn

Thank you for the welcome. Just got it from ebay. It has no radiant's at all so i will need to get them when i get that far. But first just want to get her burning. Then i will make her purdy.

Dying to know, did 816oldguy get his heater and did he get it working? He’ll be a good bit older now.
