    Either it is the camera cheating ones eyes or --- the oliveoil is a very fat energy-containing oil wich actually might give this light when proper preheated - but I dont want to try it myself, while I have the feeling it will mess up everything inside the vapourizer.

    Interesting, nice to know if you are in an emergency situation and only have olive-oil available :mrgreen: And yes, I think the lamp will need a total clean up afterwards, as it is said by some, that diesel oil can be used in a Petromax in an emergency, but needs to be taken apart and cleaned after use. Or so I have heard :-s
