    This is a 500cp kerosene fuelled Petromax clone made under licence for Coleman in the Far East and intended for sale in that part of the world.

    The GL designation refers to the gauge and rapid lighter...

    David. Can you dismantle this one and take some shots of the burner and inner hood Etc. Please. I have one of these in very rough condition and I don't think the inneri hood is right and it would be good to see what an original and genuine one looks like in detail. ::Neil::

    I'm interested to know if the fount, collar and ventilator are brass or steel on these early Hong Kong made Col-Max which have the dial type preheater control. Thanks.
