You would normally use a bicycle tyre inflator (handpump) on the original UNIC fitting... ...but Karli seems to have removed that and replaced it with something else - a Schrader or car tyre valve by the look of it.
Hello Karli the air valve is easy to repair the guilty is a very little seal inside the valve you need to find an old bicycle valve in the city trash then, you unscrews the little head you will have to insist a little because the threaded rod has been beaten (in order not to loose the head) and then, push the whole inside valve downwards after you will change all the mecanism or only the seal good luck
