Hello, I have this lamp Italian Tirrenia missing the top . Inner casing complete Hood # 117 and # 123 of lamp which I can adapt to this? Onafest thanks to all
Hi Onafest, welcome aboard! Seems that you have another 250CP lantern there, unfortunately not as common like the 500CP's. First you can try the usual sources for spare parts like e.g. EBAY, Basecamp, Hytta or the trading post. If the needed items are not listed you can also try to contact them, sometimes they may have what you need. Just be patient, some time you'll may be able to trade something with another member, who knows? Or get some cheap spare parts donor, e.g. with a broken fount... Regards, Martin
This is probably a model 905 200cp lantern. Almost certainly parts for Petromax 250 will fit and work so I suggest you look here http://hytta.de/petromax/lst250.htm and sort out a shopping list. ::Neil::
I looked at my Tirrenia, yesterday evening. The Petromax top fits, but not really it is some mm in the diameter to large. The inner part is different, but I think with a little fettling you can mount it.
Thanks for the responses that I have received and greetings to all. I consulted the website http://hytta.de/petromax but unfortunately the diameter of the housing piece # 111 for Petromax 250 is larger than that of my lamp (see drawing). From research done I think the lamp tirrenia using as a model the hasag 52 (it is the most similar). I appeal to the kindness of his friend carli if you can take a photo of his lamp tirrenia and in particular of piece # 117 (inner) so that I can better understand how it is done. always excuses for bad english Tank you
hello I found this photo on the internet of the lamp tirrenia. Note that the inner is very similar to that of Petromax except for the measures.
