Mantles

just found some old Veritas M3890 Mantles but can't remember where or why I got them, anyone know what they are for?

 

The just says for 300/400cp lamps. Are they single or double-tie?

Mantles are pretty generic so I'd just try 'em on any suitable lantern within that light output range...

 

yes says that on the packet,they are single tie mantles

 

got another lot M3874 but they say for Tilley 300cp and not suitable for Vapalux and Bialaddin

yes will do but there's only one packet that might show up in a photo as they all seem to be faded.
What I meant was it says for 300 400 candle power lamps.

 

I don't think burntofferings can see or post in the mantles section.
