Hi - I just had a little bit of luck browsing the internet. Suddenly this very nice lamp turned up in front of me, and ofcause I callede the seller at once and even though the lamp was postet the day before, I was the first who had responded. Then it all went a little fast, and 2 days later I was the lucky owner of a Petromax 822 :D/ .
It´s in very nice condition except for a dent in the fueltank. A new seal in the fuellid and a new mantle and I fired it up with no problems.
    Regards Niels Chr.

Nice find Niels Chr. Are there any numbers in the tank? If not you could maybe swap it for a corresponding 821 tank.

    Hi Nils
The thought of swapping the tank has crossed my mind, but I think I will try to fix the dent. It says 10 7 on the buttom of the fueltank, october 1937 as far as I know.
