Hi all, This is the 100-200 CP Lux EP (EPM/ M for mässing = brass) kerosene table lamp, with typical Lux vaporiser ball burner. The EP lamp is the last version from Lux of a table lamp and it came after the E. lamp that Christer shows here.
Where do you find these breathtaking smart lamps Conny - I give up It certainly looks like you did a beautyfull piece of work on this stunning one Conny. Welldone and thanks for sharing. It looks like it build to run at low pressure? How is the connection in the ball-dome on top where the smaller tube(c) and larger tube meets? Is it a bit like the domes of the gravitylamps? Claus C
Claus - you can find the patent here! I believe the main thing here is to regulate the fuel/vapour evenly and without disturbances to the jet. I´m not sure exactly what gravity lamp domes you are referring to, but on some gravity lamps there are two adjustable half spherical cups situated between the jet and mixing tube. I think they are there to make it possible to adjust the air/vapor mix for an optimal combustion. /Conny
