Hi Neil, the lamps have no ID, just the founts are marked with the Hipolito Sign and 150, 250 and 500.
OK that confirms what I thought they were. Those three seem to be alcohol pre heat only. The markings are exactly the same on the repid pre heater examples so that means there are probably two types of each model. I have just bought a 500 which has the two controls and a rapid pre heater. Interesting and I will have to go and alter my list for Hipolito lanterns to include these models. Great stuff. ::Neil::
Hi Neil, last weekend, we had a little meeting with 12 collectors here in Schleswig-Holstein in my company and one of them shows me an old Geniol 150cp. That lamp has the same mark "150" on the fount, the same wheel(just in black) and further a Geniol sticker on the fount. Maybe I can get a picture from the owner.
