Looks like it... I haven't seen that pump knob on a 'pork pie' in Australia, though.

Yes they're Tilley's , but the pump is a later one

The pump itself is correct, I think, but the pump-rod looks to be from a later lantern...

Now i take more than a cursory look its the rod thats later not the pump
