    That seller must have just used the "Tilley" tag to get it where we collectors may see it , but it looks sort of European to me :-k poss French or somewhere abouts :D :thumbup: mind you i have seen some British heaters with a coil set up like this so.....

    The wiring connection to the element don't appear to meet any safety standards unless its 12v.
