    I have found an old Petromax 836. I need some parts
    I have tried most of the German suppliers...so any other tips appreciated.

    Have you tried hytta.de? Also Globetrotter is having (newer generation) Petromax spares on their stores if you have change to visit some of their shops (selection varies shop by shop depending what old stock they have).
