Hello, this vapouriser is about 5 and three quarter inches in length,(14.6cm) that includes the jet.

It's marked Radius made in Sweden, so it was intended for export.

Which lamp or lantern is it for?

    Hi Jeff.

Looks like it could be for a 119. The hight seems correct aswell.
Easiest would be to check the jet. If it says 119/28 (which i think it does on one of the pictures), it most certainly is a 119 vaporiser. If the jet is correct for the vapouriser, that is.

Radius part numbers were often - not always - quite consistent, and 119/28 just means a jet for a 119 lantern. The prefix 28 goes for all jets by Radius - stoves aswell as lamps.

    Cheers,

It must be for a Radius 119, the most common of Radius models.

Hello Christer & Bo, thanks guys, the jet is marked as you thought it would be Christer.

This item is unused old stock, but I suppose that there are plenty of them around? Jeff.

I would hardly call these plentiful!
NOS-vapourisers, and other parts, do turn up now and then from old hardware stores etc, but it's nothing you can go and buy in a shop.
And especially Radius jets can sometimes be hard to find, even if I don't know if this actually is the case with the 119.

So now you have an essential spare part! Just have to get the rest, eh? ;)

Hello Christer, the numbers are actually easier to see in the photo than they are on the jet.

Unless one has really good sight of course.

You could turn up the lantern yet Jeff. They were sold in the UK so there are a few around. ::Neil::
