My pleasure. This model is not listed in our reference gallery, but Neil mention some with round or hemispherical tank in his PLC. Models 112, 113, 203 & 213. I wonder if this one might be a 213? You can see one over at Terry Marsh's site (a bit down here.). You need to give us more pictures. But please re-size them first.
Aida Aktiengesellschaft was owned by Jacob Hirschhorn and the logo is an image representing his name so:- Hirsch = Deer and Horn. Normally on the lamps you also find the name but some earlier lamps and some heaters made in the 1920s and 1930s with this round top tank have just the logo on the Pump. Be interesting to see the complete item please. ::Neil::
Did not have to pay as much for it as I thought I would. I have just phoned my Pilot and asked him to ready the Jet at Luton for me, I intend to collect in person
If anybody wants to know about the lamp that the Logo I posted belongs to. Go to Ebay and type 182001767481 in the search box and hit search. Enjoy.
I think you must go directly to eBay France to be able to find it with the number. Here's a direct link. I didn't win it... strange. Incidentally, I don't think it went that high. Not compared to some other lamps. This is a rare piece, and I constantly see regular Primus table lamps go for the same amount or higher. And those are not rare in any way.
