Here is my recent find a unfired 68 200a,many times I have tried to get this beautiful little lantern but always failed, since starting my collection of colemans this is the lantern that litt the way even though I never managed to get one now i finely have an I'm over the coleman moon. There are no bits with it an the box has obviously done it's job an even though I cannot stand up cos of a completely ruined back i salute you Mr coleman. ....
Congratulations. A desirable piece. However, it's a pity that whoever won it on that auction site appears to have collude with the seller and broken the site rules in order to secure it, turning an auction with live bids into a BIN by cancelling any bidders and then relisting it BIN for the buyer to snap up at his offer price.
I bought this lantern legitimate for alot of money. There was another 200A on that wonderful legal ripp off site flebay on the 12th of April this year an i had 5 bids into it, on the 13th it vanished .That's life!! Gozzy
I have to agree that once someone has bid on the lamp it's not very sporting to offer a buy it now price, and it is the same lamp in question....
Yes it's a shady practice that I have fallen fowl to more times than I can count especially on lanterns, most recently in April where I had almost £60 of bids in .I payed the buy it now price not that it is any kangaroo court judges business! ! Gozzy
Well lucky you to spot it within the 5 minutes it was alive, and have no hesitation on spending that £ on it. Once again, congratulations on a desirable item...
Yes very lucky seen it an bought it, you have a problem with that take it up with auction site. By the way it's against the rules of site to put ebay listings up! Now who is in the wrong. ...... Gozzy.
