    Hi all,
this is a new addition to my collection. Its cap is unusual since it comes in blue enamel. Besides the chips at the top cap it is in good condition to restore. The glass is a replacement.

It still has all the characteristics of a pre-war Hasag lantern as can be seen on the photos. However, from its construction it is even more similar to the Petromax types than the 52 / 52A models which use a different type of inner hood. Therefore I guess it must be a later version.

Congratulation with such a rare old lamp  I could keep stareing at that blue colour of the hood. Pre-war Hasag is top-quality
