Can't upload photo from iPhone

Has anyone had this problem? Even when I reduce to 20 or 40kb I can never get past the "Finish" part of the sequence on my iPhone or iPad.

All works fine at CCS.

Have you been able to upload successfully from your iPhone previously, or this this the first time you have tried it from your iPhone?

 

Previously ok... It's been like this for a while, and I've been fiddling with various settings but to no avail...

Are other members successfully uploading from iPhones? (I don't have one)

Not had any luck with mine but there again I'm fairly new to iPhone and according to my daughter who passed it on to me "it's an antique " being a 4s.
