I was recently back in one of my favourite parts of Tasmania - Mt Field National Park, which is now part of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area.

The hut lit by 2 Tilley X246s (early 1950s).

That's a pretty luxurious looking hut. Is it something you have to book? One of these days I'll get back to Tasmania for a good look around.

Great photos as always Mr. Press... you should start doing calenders?

Was it purely for recharging the soul, or did you manage to find a lantern or two?

I will head over to the stove store to get the full story,

Ta very much for sharing
    Regards, pb

ps... Hey Nils, you cant judge a book by the cover... or should it be hut by the roof?

I think that you would really like Tasmania.

    Nils,

You do have to book the huts. We usually go when all the tourists have gone, but this time we were lucky.

If you ever do head down this way, you will be made very welcome (you, too, Jeff).

    Cheers

    Tony
