Coin collectors are Numismatics (or something like that)

Stamp collectors are Philatelists

Much as my wife would class me as being a "saddo" are we Lanternists, paraffinologists, Lampologers or what?
Any suggestions?

 

Well if we stick to Latin, then it could be something like Lucernatists.

Maybe there should be another forum for Lamp "widows" (and widowers)

I do like "lampologist" but then I do tinker with stoves as well so "paraffinology" probably covers it.
