Hello James, I have found mine at auctions, some have been fitted to caravan and house gas burners, others have been in boxes of assorted glass globes. So, I would say that the sources for these globes are auctions, junk/antique shops, boot and jumble sales etc.. So happy hunting! Jeff.
Hi James, Leacock Coleman Center has reproductions of the 355 protector globe. It's a part number 132-355. BUT, they get $69.99 for it. OUCH!!! They do however sell a globe holder that utilizes a Coleman two mantle lantern straight wall globe shown in the image. It's well made from heavy stock and comes with the attachment screw that will accept a hanger rod that they sell to go with it. Sorry, I don't have the part number. But if you contact them I'm sure they will know what you're talking about. Bob
I made one similar of the last picture with some metal and wire plus a globe for Px 250 cp. Do it yourself.
Hey James, I have a similar lamp. I got lucky on Ebay for a milk glass shade for less. You just have to make sure the diameter works with the metal clips. Check out photos in the gallery of Coleman 129. Ron
Many thanks to paul_m for supplying me with a globe. Can someone tell me which model it is so I can put it in the gallery? It is a Canada lamp, I think a 168K. I can't light it at the moment has the mantles have holes and I need some more.
Could be a 168K. Hard to tell with these because there are several in the same style. However if it has a simple straight fuel feed and an alcohol cup then it is a kero lamp and will be a 168K. Most Canadian stuff has a rubber stamp in the base with model number. ::Neil::
Hi James, This is a Canadian Coleman 128C(coppertone). They were dubbed "Princess" lamps. There were two models. The other was the 128S(silvertone). Coleman 128C Both models can be seen here. Gas Pressure Lanterns,Lamps,& Stoves Canadian Lamps Coleman 128C & 128S Bob
