I think you are best in this area. I fond this in the same fleemarket. Please help What is this?

What you have there is a Barthel blowtorch, made in Germany.
But it is a bit off topic, blowlamps is normally not discussed on this forum.
But many manufacturers of stoves and lamps also made this kind of things and it is working in the same way with vapourized fuel.
One day we might have a CBL.;-)
Until then you have to find another forum that are specialized on blowlamps, there are a number of them.
