    Nice looking lantern :thumbup:
    I am wondering about the generator and glass combination. You can't get to the cleaning needle lever. Would it have had a different combination originally?

    Possibly the cleaning needle lever was connected to the outside with a stiff wire, similar to the ones found on the Primus 1050 / 1051?

    The later 327 427 series all came with mica chimneys with little sliding door to access the R55 generators
    this one has a regular 330 globe which is not correct

    yes some people added a wire if using glass
