    I came across this lamp over the weekend and wondered if somebody could point me to some information about it.

    I would also like the opinion of the forum if it's worth buying and restoring in its current condition, what would be a fair price as it sits, are parts available?

    Regards,

    Ben.

    Welcome aboard!:thumbup:

    That lamp is worth restoring, but we do not give valuations here, my advice is to get it as cheaply as you can and the link below shows relevant information.

    Thanks fellas,

    The lamp is located in a small town approximately an hour away from me, if the lamp is still there next time I visit I'll ask how much they want for it.

    I'm guessing it's missing the glass, are these still available for the lamp?

    Regards,

    Ben

    @Ned's Head

    You need to be a subscriber to access that section. The subscription is €9, I think. Well worth it.

    The Kayen, being a Tilley copy, takes a Tilley No. 182 “onion” globe.

    Sometimes available as originals or reproductions from the Bay of Evil. Also available from The Base Camp (UK).

    Cheers

    Tony
