Got this real good solid big hat dated (9 1) January 1929 slant in a box of lanterns from an estate sale. Was missing the hard to find winged fuel cap but as luck would have it I had a correct cap that someone had put on an old stove I picked up at the swap a few months ago. Came with an old 1930's Coleman straight line globe but will be getting a mica as soon as I find a good one. Other then that haven't done much except a pump up and dunk test. All looked good before that but safety first! So fueled it up and tied a couple on and away it went. Burns good except the left side looks to be a little dimmer? Regardless, I was pretty happy to get this one.
