Bought this hoping my Aida parts would fit but not so sure now. I stripped this down and found the control knob has a broken peg. and the cleaning rod is the same length but the connector is slightly higher on the rod. connector has a slot on the back and is damaged also. the preheater came apart completely, pickup tube and the jet are separate from the the part that the lever is on. Haven't time to go any further right now. and to add a little more fun the NRV is a different size and maybe a disposable design.
here,s a closer pic of the connector. going to try using a new control shaft and either repairing the connector or fitting a new Petromax style. as for the NRV i think i can fish the spring out and replace the pip.
Hi Nagat Thanks for the reply I wonder if i can take mine apart? Its going to be pretty hard to set it the way it was. Yes, it looks like a disposable design. If yours is still good , do you want to sell it? Let me know. Agostino
