Missing an absent CPL member?

Is there someone you've noticed not posted for a while?

Why not give them a mention using our new tagging feature? Simply type @ before their name in a reply to this post & they will get an alert they've been mentioned here. As you type their name matching usernames appear. Just select the correct one.

Once tagged it looks like this @Carlsson

Be aware if they have opted out of email alerts & don't visit the site they won't get the alert but most folk have alerts enabled.

People often have busy lives, health, family or work issue's or maybe have just moved on hobby wise or decided CPL is not for them. They may not want to reply for their own reasons but at least they know someone's missing them & thinking about them here.

I've made this a sticky thread so you'll always find it near the top of the Lounge.

Scrolling through my collection of internet links I came across the one of the Willmann brothers.
One was called Aners the other I can't remember and they came from Sweden, I thought. So does anybody know if they still collect lanterns ?
Their webpage is down and I know BBl is a long time ago. But like Doron you remember people.

 

Oh, I remember them well! And it is Anders Willman, not Aners.
They were from Finland, but I think they were "Finno-Swedes", i.e. with Swedish as their mother tongue.
