This pump came with other bits of NOS from a shop which sold spares for lamps, stoves and bikes. Any idea what it might have been for?

Well, I don't see one, maybe others can?

    Best regards,

Similar one on ebay a while back, claiming to be Tilley, but Tilley's ethic of 'use what we've got' if it were Tilley I would expect it to be a standard pump with a modified NRV holder nut????

Looks like a replacement pump tube for a stove, blow torch or maybe lamp. It would be soldered in place and not something everyone would be capable of replacing. A fairly standard looking design for the Swedish brands.

Looks similar to the one out of a Meva stove. Is the veg only accessible from the outside?

Wow! Spell check sends things sideways ha ha. I was referring to the nrv and whether it was only accessible by removing the pump from the fount.
