    They’re putting out a great light.
    I still remember getting a wopping from Dad for playing on the Hills hoist ....... that was about along time ago.

    @Tony Press how many Hills hoists do you reckon were broken or have a permanent list caused by us kids?

    I know me and my brothers and cousins did a few in, one on each arm and around and around. It was alright when we were kids but when your in ya 20, 30's, we were a bit heavy but they did take a beating.

    Those and other clothes Lines were prohibited by municipal zoning codes in the neighborhood I grew up in in the 1970s. so I never had the opportunity to play on one LOL.

    This also meant that wooden clothes pins were a novelty in my youth. I had to borrow a couple from my grandmothers house so that my brother and I could put playing cards on our bike spokes.

    As a lad my father used a wing nutted clamp to hold a piece of formica in place. You could here me a street away!
