    It can be started very quickly and you have to pump a little. Motor gasoline.

    Very nice lantern .... I have many favourite lanterns ....... depends on the day. Having said that, if it were mine, this would be a favourite lantern!

    I see. Any lantern that could safely operate with motor gasoline is surely a plus point. Kerosene is getting harder to come by and costlier too these days.
