Hello, a collector from Poland contacted me (hello Ryszard!) asking if I would like to exchange a PX 834 for 2 pieces of Graetzin 915. Since I had one piece of 834 special in pre-renovation condition, I agreed to the exchange. One piece is in quite decent condition and the other is more for parts. After completely cleaning the lamp, pipes and rinsing the generator with hydrochloric acid, the lamp is fully functional.

    Congratulations @Dan Bittner
It is quite strange to see the same vaporizer markings "PS5" on this lamp and on the very early Petromax pressure lamps like presented by me below.
Do you have any idea about manufacturing date of that impressive Graetzin lamp?
Anybody can explain that "PS5" on completely different vaporizers?
Petromax R 823 DR | Classic Pressure Lamps & Heaters
Petromax 823/6 | Classic Pressure Lamps & Heaters

    all the best,
    Piotrek

    ps.
Ryszard indeed has some surprising lamps and is willing to swap/share some of his impressive collection - just like that Petromax R 823 DR mentioned above
