    While messing around today i found this old packet with a pump cup in and a couple of washers. Another lamp man no longer with us anyone on here remember Lenny?

    First time i met len was at his stall at the great dorset steam fair. He had a big stall loads of lamps and stoves plus loads of parts for sale dont think i have ever seen so much lamp gear in one place before or since. Mick doing his best to help him shift it all as well

    He is plodding on very frustrated with his situation. I went to see him just after xmas the old mick is still there sometimes but he had a kinda dispair about him feeling trapped in the home.
    His mobility is not so good tho still walking very unsteady so sad to see him like this dave. I will give him your regards when i go see him next dave

    I met Lenny several times & I bought some Tilley heater parts from him at Ipswich stn as he lived nearby .

    Yes, I remember Lenny. I met him a couple of times - some while ago, so can't remember where. Wish him well from me.

    afraid lenny is one of the growing numbers of collectors that are no longer with us. Died a good few years back now maybe 8 or ten years ago
