That lamp is only called a KL-80 if it's in it's hanger and the link below shows the relevant gallery page, without it's hanger it's an ML-93. The top half of your gallery is missing and the globe is held in place by the gallery bolts which go through the holes in the flat springs which are fitted into the slots on the outside of the gallery. To remove the globe, remove the gallery with the globe attached and while holding the globe pull back one of the bolts and it should then be possible for the globe to separate from the gallery, sometimes it can be a fiddly procedure so patience is required.
