It was only a vapouriser but the internet site is still up on the www and
appears running ... I got little joy from responses from its owner Mr Fuller
maybe he is winding down ... just be aware :!::!:

Yeah, raised HERE and HERE. The website being still up must be drawing in yet more unwitting would-be customers.

From what I see, an internet site will stay up and running until either someone takes it down or funding runs out.

Perhaps through sudden illness or whatever, the guy is no longer in a position to take it down himself and automatic payments are still being taken from his bank account. That would seem the simplest explanation of the situation...

Thank you. I saw the company name was the same (from the website) and both have "Norwich" in the address. Didn't want to chance it.

Wow! yeah! its awfully fishy now that I just looked on ebay for that name. Could it be him? or the new owner(s)? Seems like selling stuff in a hurry to get parts out as soon as possible, offering them in bulk sets.. Has anyone messaged the seller?

I have a case raised with Paypal at the moment, the seller has until tomorrow to get in touch with them, but i wont hold my breath.
I agree with other members, that there must be something wrong as he has built up a business and to let the name be tarnished is strange to say the least.

He did make the intention to sell the biz since last year. In my last purchase of my Aladdin set and parts, he informed that hes not stocking up because the biz was sold. No mention of where hes going after that. Although I do wish to keep in contact with Carl even without the biz.

Same here - items didn't arrive, case raised with PayPal and full refund issued due to no response from seller. But it's still not good that the site is live and taking payments as others are likely to experience the same issue ... ](*,)

Well as a "victim" you can ask paypal to block his paypal account, referring to more complaints.
You can also contact the website hosting company and ask them to take down the site.

Yes this is all a pity ,when the site was 100% and stuff being sold Karl Fuller was very good and his
turn around times too .. sadly not so now... maybe someone knows what has happened to him and there are
various scenarios in life that spring to mind ... the site should be withdrawn now to stop leading folk being
drawn to it end ensuing aggravation and hassle ... Paypal will refund of course but its one worry less in life I think:?:

Never bought from this site but was tempted. He had a good selection of stuff. It's a shame, but like a lot of other site on the web, they seem to stay up forever unless the funding dries up or the owner removes it. Just sooo much outdated crap!!!

Useless....... why do these huge companies employ idiots . I wonder how much time, money and effort goes into checking each claim, and checking to see how many refunds have been issued. Shut it down

Well I guess that paypal doesn't loose any money. They get the money, get rent on their bank account and refund the money again.
When you do this enough times you also make money.
