    Hi, I do not have many reflectors and those that I have only have 2 slots. I am unsure what this 4 slot reflector fits. It is just over 11" wide and has white enamel underneath. There is also a slight vertical lip on the inner circular edge.

    Thanks

    As it's in Australia, I would guess it is for an Aladdin 1A. The narrower slots are for the hood clips and the wider slots are for the handle.

    Thanks Nils, there was an Aladdin in the group I purchased but it came on a Kayen which I presumed it had been on for some time but I knew was incorrect and I have never had an Aladdin with a reflector but that makes perfect sense. I picked up two original Aladdin globes in the deal so a reflector will go down well. There was also a Veritas and it has clips so I will check it out on that as well, though I have not seen a reflector on a Veritas that I can remember.

    regards

    @Sedgman

    What are the dimensions of the centre hole and the OD?

    I’ve got an Aladdin reflector that I can compare yours to.

    Cheers

    Tony

    Hasag reflectors also have 4 slots. But look different.

    Thanks all for the comments. I will have to start collecting reflectors!

    Yes; seems a lot sturdier than any of the other three or four reflectors I have.

    @Tony Press
    Reflector OD = 287.5 mm
    Reflector ID = 125 mm average measurement. (variance about 0.2 mm)
    Inner Diameter Lip Height = about 5 mm
    Material Thickness = about 1.7 to 1.9 mm (hard to measure and varies with enamelling)

    PS Will fit the Aladdin but the color made me wonder if it would go on the Veritas but no way so hopefully your measurements confirm Aladdin.

    Regards

    @Sedgman

    I’ve only come across aluminium reflectors for Aladdin 1As.

    On my reflector the diameter of the centre hole is ~128mm but a slightly smaller diameter will fit the lantern.

    The 4 cutouts in the are all the same size.

    The outside diameter of my reflector is much bigger than yours.

    I wonder if this could be a reflector for a Radius 119? It may well be an Aladdin, but I’ve not seen any other than aluminium.

    Cheers

    Hmmm, the equal sized slots seem a big difference as is the external diameter of yours. Thanks for checking @Tony Press . Tony also interesting they have been just aluminium too.

    Ok so the mystery lives on. I really hate mysteries! I did get a Radius trivet as an extra but it came from a different shed to the rest of the things so I am not sure it is relevant, especially since it was stove related. There were only 4 lanterns and I got three and it only fits the Aladdin, not a Kayen or Veritas. (The other was an X246B)

    I guess for the time being the jury is out on what it belongs too originally.

    Thanks again for checking

    The shade is not from any of the Swedish brands, so that leaves the Veritas. I have no idea what their shades look like.

    Gooday, thanks @Nils Stephenson I did try it on a Veritas that I thought was a 350 but I have to check further as I'm not certain but it did not fit. I will try it on the 350A tomorrow.

    Thanks @ROBBO55 for the info on the similar Radius 115 and to @Tony Press for the hint re Radius 119. Indeed these look similar with the upturned lip. The one in Martin's post, the 115 looks close but the wider missing chunk looks bigger than on mine.

    Here is mine on an Aladdin 1A, looks a close fit though I realise it is most unlikely to belong to it. I'll keep looking though but I thank everyone for that help in narrowing down my search.

    Yesterday I mentioned Primus as a possible candidate but after having had a closer look, not only are the slots on a Primus reflector all the same shape and size i.e. 11mm X 22mm, it has a different profile.

    #1727 13 inch (330mm) reflector for models 980, 981, 1020, 1080, 1081.
