1940s Tilley SL61 Hospital Lamp Steel

    A bunch of these steel hospital lamps showed up on fleabay and I was lucky enough to snag one. I will have to repaint it to stop the rust so I thought I'd post a picture with the original paint.

    Hi James a very nice score it would look superb fully restored, i would paint it as well to protect it from further rust as well as make it look superb,with the pump being made from brass polished up would realy would look great against the repainted tank.
    I prefer the female threaded pump to the modern male threaded pump,i used airforce blue humbroll enamel paint on my steel tanked PL53 in the fettling forum if you would like to check it out
